When you read weight loss tips from the famous exercise physiologist you know you’re getting tips on the best way to lose weight and stay healthy. Marco has worked with celebs like Jay-Z, Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, and Gloria Estefan, so I suspect he knows what he’s taking about.
Marco tells us that we all have the power within us to control our health and fitness, and manage what we eat and drink every day. The problem he says is that most of us either don’t really know how to put those weight loss tips into action, or simply can’t be bothered. He explains that because exercising and eating healthy don’t bring any immediate benefits, a lot of people tend to confuse that fact with there being no real benefits at all.
